 ong (Harbin Engineering University)\n\nAbstract: Radiation safety is impor
 tant to the health of workers in nuclear energy facilities and various acc
 elerator facilities. This report introduces the applications to several fi
 elds of radiation detection technology studied in the Radiation Applicatio
 n and Detection Laboratory (RadL) of the Harbin Engineering University. Su
 ch fields cover dose monitoring\, radiation field reconstruction\, radioac
 tive source location and nuclear material assessment\, covering scenarios 
 such as nuclear reactors operation\, nuclear facility decommissioning\, en
 vironmental radiation monitoring\, radioactive material transport\, radiot
 herapy\, and non-destructive inspection. In particular\, recent results of
  the team regard a diamond dosimeter used in hazard environment such as BN
 CT facilities [1\,2]\, neutron imaging detectors based on nMCP and nGEM [3
 ]\, fissile material mass measurement methods [4]\, and other neutron and
