HOTEL RESERVATION
IMPORTANT: Participants are invited to take care of their own reservation,which should be done by quoting the workshop LNF INFN (Spring School 2026), in order to get the special conference rates and any possible shuttle service.
We have pre-booked a few rooms at Hotel Villa Mercede at a special rate for double rooms including breakfast, about 1.5 km from/to the laboratory. Please contact directly the hotel for reservation. Participants are also welcome to stay in the guesthouse (see below).
ATTENTION: DO NOT USE the online reservation form on the hotel booking web sites, since in this case the conference rates will not be applied.
SHUTTLE BUS:
Please note that participants are strongly invited to contact in advance the Hotel Staff for the Shuttle Service Reservation.
Important for those requesting the shuttle: the agreement with the hotels includes one daily round-trip ride from/to the laboratory at the conference opening and closing time.
