 ll-served area\, rich in hotels and lodging solutions across all price ran
 ges. However\, we have negotiated special rates at two facilities:\n\n\nJr
  Hotels Oriente: A special discount on standard rates is available for gue
 sts wishing to stay at the meeting venue itself. Reservations made through
  the hotel's official website can benefit from a reduced rate using the co
 de 'UNI'.\n\n\nExcelsior Hotel: We have secured a fixed\, preferential rat
 e at the Excelsior Hotel\, located across from the train station (approxim
 ately a 15–20 minute walk from the meeting venue). The negotiated rates
