  workshop is to bring together theorists and experimentalists working on v
 arious aspects of semileptonic b-hadron decays for both charged and neutra
 l flavour changing current processes. Topics will include recent developme
 nts\, open questions\, and future directions\, including novel lattice app
 roaches for inclusive B decays\, CKM determinations\, hadronic form factor
 s\, and potential signals of New Physics. \n \nParticipants will review 
 the latest B-physics experimental results and the theoretical inputs\, wil
 l discuss new observables and tools to enhance the future analyses. The ai
 m of the workshop is to foster the collaboration across different communit
 ies\, to improve the understanding of experimental systematic uncertaintie
 s and theoretical calculations in this crucial area of flavor physics. \n
  \nThis activity is part of the Theoretical Phenomenology Visiting Instit
 ute @ LNF\, running from 16 to 27 February 2026\, and supported by CSN4 to
  promote the participation of early-career scientists. \n \nThe local org
