tuto Nazionale di Fisica Nucleare)\n\nGRaviCon 2026\nGravitational Waves:
The Age of Discovery\nThis is the first edition of GRaviCon\, a gravity co
nference held in Pisa\, organized by early-career scientists from Universi
ty of Pisa\, University of Florence\, University of Trento\, and Scuola No
rmale Superiore.\n \nGravitational waves have revolutionized our understa
nding of the universe since their first detection ten years ago. Step by s
tep\, we are advancing in characterizing gravitational wave sources\, refi
ning our knowledge of compact objects\, their histories and population mod
els.At the same time\, new experiments aim to push the frontiers of gravit
ational-wave astronomy\, investigating a variety of still unobserved sourc
es. These developments inevitably introduce new scientific and technical c
hallenges.\nThe conference aims to strengthen the connection between data
 analysis\, instrument science\, and observations\, fostering collaboration
across these areas to tackle the challenges of gravitational-wave researc
 h. We will also highlight different experiments and missions - such as LVK
 \, Einstein Telescope\, LISA\, PTA\, and LiteBIRD - and explore how their
findings can complement one another.\nOrganized by early-career scientists
\, this conference provides a platform to deepen discussions on the curren
 t state and future directions of gravitational-wave science.\n \nNo FEE i
s required. Coffee breaks and lunches are offered by the organization.\nTh
is conference has received financial support from the Scuola Normale Super
iore through PNRR project MERITA\, the network for talent project * and IN
FN Pisa.    * MERITA\, the network for talent project is the result of
a collaboration between five Italian academic institutions: the Scuola No
rmale Superiore\, the Scuola Superiore Sant’Anna\, the Collegio Superior
e dell’Università di Bologna\, the Scuola Galileiana di Studi Superiori
dell’Università di Padova and the Scuola Superiore di Studi Avanzati d
ella Sapienza Università di Roma. The MERITA project is funded within the
Piano Nazionale di Ripresa e Resilienza (PNRR)\, Missione 4 – Istruzione
  e Ricerca\, Componente 1\, Investimento 3.4 "Didattica e competenze unive
rsitarie avanzate"- "Rafforzamento delle Scuole universitarie superiori".
(National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR)\, Mission 4 – Education an
d Research\, Component 1\, Investment 3.4 "Advanced university teaching an
d competences" - "Enhancement of the institutions for higher education").\
