Participants are required to book their own accommodation at the Lloyd's Baia Hotel, where the conference takes place. For reserving at the special conference rates please fill the attached hotel registration form.

Hotel conference rates:
Standard room for single occupancy (including breakfast): € 80.00 per day
Standard room for double occupancy (including breakfast): € 50.00 per person/day
Half-board supplement: € 30.00 per person/day. We encourage participants to book the half-board supplement so that we can have lunch together in the hotel. Dinner is self-organised, apart from the Gala dinner that will be held at the hotel.
