Scientific Contributions
The official language of the conference is English.
Conference attendees can participate by submitting a one-page abstract, choosing either an Oral or a Poster presentation, not later than Mai 11th, 2026. Submitted abstracts can be modified up to the submission deadline. The template for the submission is available here.
Oral presentations will last 17' + 3' Q&A
Plenary, Keynote, and Invited speakers are also invited to submit a 1-page abstract, indicating their type of contribution.
Each participant can be the presenting author for only one submitted abstract (MS-01 to MS-08). However, every participant can be a non-presenting co-author on an unlimited number of abstracts.
Posters are accepted with standard A0 dimensions - Landscape only.
Notifications
Notification of acceptance for selected Oral presentations will be sent to the authors by June 4th, 2026.
If your Abstract is not selected for an Oral presentation, it will be automatically accepted as a Poster.
