Participants are invited to take care of their own reservations, which should be done by quoting ICSC and Spoke 2 in order to have the reserved conference rates (see table below) and the shuttle service.
HOTEL SHUTTLE BUS:
Please note that the hotel shuttle bus will be guaranteed ONLY IF REQUESTED IN ADVANCE, at the time of room reservation. The agreement with the hotels provides one daily round-trip ride at conference opening and closing times.
PUBLIC BUS SERVICE:
Frascati Urban Transportation Service (Frascati-Tor Vergata Line). The bus stops in front of INFN-LNF Main Gate (ENEA side). Tickets can be bought on board (cash) or at the official retailers.
RECOMMENDED HOTELS WITH SHUTTLE SERVICE
ATTENTION: Reservations must be done by e-mail or phone quoting ICSC and Spoke 2 meeting. DO NOT USE the online reservation form on the hotel booking web sites or other online booking platforms, otherwise the INFN rates will not be applied and the free shuttle service will not be provided.
