The conference will take place at the "Bruno Touschek" Auditorium, Bldg. n. 36. Participants will be able to access from the main gate in Via Enrico Fermi 54 (see map) or from the secondary gate at Via Enrico Fermi 60 (near Tor Vergata Station) which will be open at the following times:
December 10th: 1.30 p.m - 2.40 p.m
December 10th: 5.30 p.m - 7.00 p.m.
December 11th: 8.50 a.m - 9.50 a.m.
December 11th: 12.00 (noon) - 1.15 p.m.
Outside these hours, entry will be allowed only through the main gate
The guards at the entrance will check the list of registered participants. The Secretariat desk will be in the Bldg. 36 hall.
Lunch will take place at the LNF Canteen, at 13:30.
