If we will exceed this number\, only the first 110 people subscribed to the conference will be able to at tend the social dinner.\n\nPractical Informations\nRooms at the venue of t he conference (Paolo VI) are NOT automatically reserved to the participant s\, rather each participant should book their room individually. We sugges t the participants to book their room in advance following the link. The p ayment of the rooms is usually done in advance\, but many rooms have the o ption of a free cancellation until the day of the conference itself. \nAl ternatively\, participants are free to consult other websites and individu ally book a place of their preference.\nThe center Paolo VI is located in the center of Brescia\, and it is easily reachable by bus\, by walk from t he stop "Vittoria" of the metro\, or directly from the train station. The metro can be taken from the railway station. Pratical informations on publ ic transport within Brescia can be found here.\nBrescia is reachable by tr ain (including high-speed lines from the main italian cities)\, see Trenit alia and Italo for more information. People coming by flight can go to the airports of Milano Malpensa\, Linate or Bergamo and then reach Brescia by train.\n\nLunch\nLunch is not included. Participants are free to eat wher ever they like. Centro Paolo VI has an internal restaurant where it is pos sible to have lunch. The location of the event is close to the city centre \, where there are many options to eat.
