HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

IMPORTANT: Participants are invited to take care of their own reservations,

which should be done by quoting the workshop: LNF INFN (Light Dark Sectors 2025)  in order to have the reserved conference rates and any shuttle service. 

ATTENTION: DO NOT USE the online reservation form on the hotel booking web sites, since in this case the conference rates won't be applied.

SHUTTLE BUS:

Please note that Participants are strongly invited to contact in advance directly the Hotel Staff for Shuttle Service Reservation.

Important for those requesting the shuttle: The agreement with the hotels  provides one daily round-trip ride at conference opening and closing times.
