HOTEL RESERVATIONS:

IMPORTANT: Participants are invited to take care of their own reservations,

which should be done by quoting the workshop: LNF INFN (Light Dark Sectors 2025)  in order to have the reserved conference rates and any shuttle service. 

ATTENTION: DO NOT USE the online reservation form on the hotel booking web sites, since in this case the conference rates won't be applied.

SHUTTLE BUS:

Please note that the shuttle bus service (see timetable below) will be provided by the hotel ONLY IF REQUESTED IN ADVANCE BY EACH GUEST, at the time of reservation (see other details in the table).

Important for those requesting the shuttle: The agreement with the hotels  provides one daily round-trip ride at conference opening and closing times.
