 ucleare)\, Johanna Senk\n\nWe are happy to invite everyone interested in s
 imulation technology for neuroscience and GPU computing to the NEST GPU Wo
 rkshop 2025.\nThe event is an opportunity for people involved in the NEST 
 Initiative and interested in the development of the GPU-based version of t
 he NEST simulator to interact and work towards the alignment of the CPU an
 d GPU-bases simulation codes to better exploit the computing power granted
  by next-era supercomputers.\nThe event will take place in Cagliari (Sardi
 nia\, Italy). On the 8th October\, we will start with an optional hackatho
 n warm-up day. The main workshop will be on the 9-10 October\, 2025\, foll
 owed by the main hackathon on the 13-15 October (finishing around lunchtim
