Location
All participants must enter through the Main Gate on the first day to check in and access the campus.
The Event Venue is located inside the institute, where all scheduled activities will take place.
For meals, a recommended restaurant is available within the institute, and there are also external options such as a restaurant and a bakery nearby.
The map below shows the main access routes (in red and blue) from the Main Gate to the Event Venue, as well as suggested meal locations.

Accommodation & Transportation
We suggest you book your stay at the Ibis Colinas Hotel.
A special promotion has been arranged for participants: R$225 + 5% per day, including breakfast.
Plus, there will be an INPE bus to pick you up in the morning and bring you back at the end of the day.

Hotel Reservation Instructions
If you wish to book your stay at the Ibis Colinas Hotel with the special INPE rate, please send an e-mail to claudia.rocha@atriohoteis.com.br, with a copy (CC) to h5168-re@accor.com.
The reservation will be handled by Beatriz from the hotel team, so it is important to copy the second address and request the “INPE rate” in your message.
