The workshop will be held at the Hotel Baia di Nora in Pula (CA).
Participants are expected to arrive on Tuesday, June 10th and leave on Friday, June 13th.
The workshop will span over 6 sessions: 9:00-13:00 and 14:00-16:00 each day, with a coffee break in the morning and a light lunch at the hotel restaurant.
For this reason, and for easier planning, the participants are requested to book the full board option (156 euros/day for a double room per person, 201 euros/day for a double room single use).
The price includes:
- all meals (including water)
- beach service (sunshade, deck chairs, beach towels)
- swimming pool / gym
- wi-fi
The tourist tax amounts to 2 euros/day per person to be paid on site. Other Extras (not included):
- bike rental
- beach sunbeds
- tennis court
- massage service
The hotel asks for an advance payment (30% of the full stay, by credit card or bank transfer) and has the following cancellation policy:
- 30% cancellation fee from 44 days to 15 days prior to arrival
- 50% cancellation fee from 14 days to 7 days prior to arrival
- 70% cancellation fee from 6 days to 2 days prior to arrival
- 100% cancellation fee the day before the arrival
