Gli atti del convegno verranno pubblicati sulla rivista Il Nuovo Cimento - Colloquia and Communications in Physics.
La data limite per la presentazione dei contributi e' il 20 luglio 2025 23:59.
I contributi vanno redatti in lingua inglese.
L'invio dei contributi può essere effettuato dalla pagina "Invio Proceedings" del menu sulla pagina principale. I contributi dovranno essere forniti sotto forma di archivio .zip contenente il file sorgente .tex, i file in formato .eps relativi alle figure e un file pdf dell'intero articolo generato da questi files.
Gli autori dovranno attenersi scrupolosamente alle seguenti indicazioni:
- I contributi dovranno avere una lunghezza compresa tra 4 e 6 pagine, sia per gli interventi orali che per i poster
- È obbligatorio preparare l'articolo in LaTeX con il pacchetto cimento.cls disponibile sulla pagina "Invio Proceedings" e anche al seguente link
- È obbligatorio fornire le figure in formato .eps
- Nel caso si utilizzino figure già pubblicate altrove, è necessario occuparsi personalmente della richiesta dei permessi di riproduzione
- Trovate un riassunto delle istruzioni (StyleGuide.pdf) per la preparazione dei proceedings nella pagina "Invio Proceedings" e anche al seguente link

Conference proceedings will be published in the journal Il Nuovo Cimento - Colloquia and Communications in Physics.
The deadline for contributions is July 20th 23:59.
Contributions must be written in English.
Contributions can be submitted through the "Invio Proceedings" page available from the main menu. Contributions should be uploaded as .zip archive containing the source .tex file, the .eps files of the figures and a pdf file of the entire article generated from these files.
Authors must strictly adhere to the following guidelines:
- Contributions must be between 4 and 6 pages long, both for oral and poster contributions
- They must be written with the cimento.cls package available at the "Invio Proceedings" page, and also at the following link
- Figures must be in .eps format. If you are using figures that have already been published elsewhere, you must take care of the reproduction permission request yourself
- You will find a summary of the instructions (StyleGuide.pdf) for preparing proceedings at the "Invio Proceedings" page, and also at the following link
