The method to follow for the LDMA2025 fee payment is different for INFN employees/associates and non-INFN employees/associates.
INFN employees/associates
The fee payment is handled via the "storno tra sezioni" mechanism. When you open the travel request on INFN portal, you have to put "zero" as cost for the fee. In the notes, put explicitly a reference to the fee cost (200 euro) and specify the experiment account that is used to pay for it.
NON-INFN employees/associates
The conference fee can be payed via credit card, via the following link: https://www.paypal.com/ncp/payment/P23CL3LA83JM4
To request an invoice, please send an email to info@h2osrl.org with the folowing data:
- LDMA Registration
- Name and surname
- Residential address
- Tax Identification Number (Fiscal Code)
- SDI code (if existing)
