All presented talks, invited and Flash, will be published in the workshop proceedings
The 2025 edition will use the ZENODO Platform (https://zenodo.org/) for the publication.
You'll obtain a DOI that will be added on the timetable.
We hope to finalize our goal by the end of March 2026.
We are not asking you to re-write your slides/paper presented at the Workshop, but just to review the file already uploaded on the timetable of the workshop (https://agenda.infn.it/event/42349/timetable/#20250526.detailed) and confirm us if it can be considered your "final" version or not.
The slides, as they are, will be published on Zenodo, as you are responsible of the contents.
Should the file on the timetable of this Indico site not be the final version and you need to edit it, please send us the new edited file and we'll publish it on Zenodo.
We'll replace it on the Indico Web site timetable, as well.
All edited files should be sent BY Saturday, February 28th, 2026 to anna.dallabona@pd.infn.it
Should we not receive any new file, nor new communication from you by this deadline, we'll publish the file we already have on the timetable.
