 rom Monday 14 to Friday 18 April 2025.\n\nThe Laser-Plasma Accelerators Wo
 rkshop (LPAW) series is one of the leading workshops in the field of plasm
 a-based acceleration and radiation generation. It started in the 1990s\, w
 ith the first edition held in Kardamili\, Greece.\nThe latest editions wer
 e held in Algarve\, Portugal (2023)\; Split\, Croatia (2019)\; Jeju\, Kore
 a (2017)\; Guadeloupe\, French Caribbean (2015)\; Goa\, India (2013)\; an
 d Wuzhen\, China (2011). As is traditional in the LPAW series\, the 2025 
 edition will be in a friendly and relaxed environment with plenty of time 
 for discussions.\nThe following scientific topics will be the main focus o
 f the conference:\n\nElectron Acceleration\nIon Acceleration\nSecondary Ra
 diation Sources \nApplications\nPlasma Sources\nTheory and Simulations\nD
 iagnostics\nMachine Learning\nLaser Technology\nFacilities\n\n \nJohn Daw
 son Thesis Prize\n“John Dawson Thesis Prize” is awarded on a biannual 
 basis to the best PhD thesis in the area of plasma accelerators driven by 
 laser or particle beams. The prize will be awarded for fundamental (theore
 tical or experimental) or applied aspects.\nEach prize winner will receive
  a certificate of merit and a stipend of 500€.\n \nArrivals are expect
 ed on Sunday April 13th.\nDepartures are expected on Saturday April 19th.\
