Submission deadline
All types of contributions (oral or poster) at the LLRF Topical Workshop must be accompanied by an abstract submission.
To submit an abstract it is required to have an INFN Indico account. If not, please create your personal account by following the link "External Users" available on the Submission Form.
The abstract form limits your abstract to 200 words. Please fill in the form concerning your abstract submission in all required fields.
The deadline for abstract submission is September 13, 2024 (23:59 CEST).
Late submissions will be accepted after the deadline, but timely submissions will be considered first in the preparation of the program.
In the abstract submission form, it is possible to express the preference for either oral or poster contribution. The Scientific Programme Committee (SPC) will decide about the confirmation or change of the expressed preferences and the applicants will receive a notification accordingly.
Timely submitted abstracts will receive an acceptance notification no later than September 13.

Poster size: portrait, width 70cm, height 100cm. ID, title, author will appear in each panel to easily identify where to hang up the poster (the A0 size also will be supported).
Posters should be printed in advance - no print will be available onsite.
Stuff to hang up the posters will be provided by the organisers.
