Summary
The study explores the production of medically relevant copper radioisotopes by proton irradiation of enriched ZnO targets. Different reactions enable the generation of ⁶¹Cu, ⁶⁴Cu, and ⁶⁷Cu across specific energy ranges, while gallium isotopes also appear as valuable by-products.
