Summary
We measured α-particle–induced reactions on 93Nb up to 50 MeV using the stacked-foil activation technique and high-resolution γ-ray spectrometry at RIKEN. Cross sections of Tc isotopes (96gTc, 95m,gTc, 94gTc, 93m,gTc) and several radioactive by-products (Mo, Nb, Zr, Y) were determined, and thick-target yields were evaluated. The results provide reliable data for medical radionuclide production and support improvements in nuclear reaction modeling.
