Summary
Terbium-161 (¹⁶¹Tb) was successfully produced via neutron irradiation of enriched gadolinium-160 and purified using a two-step extraction chromatography method with over 98% efficiency. The resulting [¹⁶¹Tb]TbCl₃ showed high purity, excellent labeling efficiency with DOTA-TATE, and good stability.
