Summary

Targeted radionuclide therapy has demonstrated efficacy in patients with metastatic cancer. Hence, the selection of the radionuclide is fundamental for the therapy outcomes. The aim of this study was to assess the impact of the nuclear properties of six β⁻-emitting radionuclides on the dosimetric outcomes of two TRT RPs, with distinct pharmacokinetics. This approach contributes to the advancement of personalized TRT for effective treatment.
