Summary
Phosphorus-32 loaded silica microparticles (³²P-SMPs) were evaluated through in vitro assays with CT26 cells and in vivo biodistribution studies, and the experimental data were incorporated into Geant4-based Monte Carlo simulations to generate three-dimensional dose maps and dose-volume histograms.
