Summary
Present work is designed for quantification of human C-reactive protein using the radio bioassay which included radioimmunoassay and immunoradiometric assay. Here, labelling of I-125 to C-reactive protein and antibody is achieved using Chloramine-T method. Labelled C-reactive protein was used for radioimmunoassay development and C-reactive protein antibody was used for immunoradiometric assay to sensitive quantification of C-reactive protein.
