Programme

The programme has been developed to allow us to:

  • to share with you the status of the work we - as ETO - are responsible for;
  • to hear about your work and address your questions;
  • to discuss how we can ensure that our quickly growing and distributed team also feels connected and engaged at all levels.

In the practical information section you will find also some suggestions for hotels. Please note that participants will need to cover costs for travel and accommodation. In case you encounter difficulties in funding your participation to this meeting, we invite you to contact Andreas Freise (ETO Co-Director) and/or Martine Oudenhoven (ETO Communication) to receive support.
You can register here by 5:00 pm CET on 22 May 2024.

Your pitch – for all participants

During the “What is everyone in ETO doing” sessions, all members of our ETO community will have the opportunity to give a short pitch  (max. 5 minutes each) about themselves and their work in ETO. To support your pitch, we would like to ask you to prepare two slides – one about yourself (your background, hobbies, interests, or anything you woul like to share) and one about your work in ETO. We also would like to remind you to state your name, position and ETO department on the slides.

Please send your slides by 5:00 pm CET on 22 May 2024 to Daniela Trani (ETO Directorate) and Martine Oudenhoven (ETO Communication) so that we can timely compile everything before the meeting.

Last but not least: we have devised sessions for work in smaller groups as well as time for networking, including a social dinner on the evening of Monday 27 May 2024.

We look forward to welcoming you at the 1st ETO General Meeting,
