Dear Colleagues, the next fall meeting of the ETM Collaboration will take place in Rome from Wednesday, October 12 to Friday, October 14. We intend to start the meeting on Wednesday after lunch and to close it on Friday before lunch, depending on the details of the agenda. 1) Meeting place: ----------------- Our meeting will take place in the room 1B located at the first floor of the Faculty of Science of the University of Roma Tre, in Via Corrado Segre 4/6. Please note: ***** not at the Department of Physics ***** You can easily find a map on the Google web site http://maps.google.it/ by inserting the address "roma, via corrado segre 4/6". Note that the meeting place is at 10 min walking distance from the stop "Basilica San Paolo" of subway "linea B". 2) Accommodation: ----------------- The closest and most convenient hotel is the Hotel Saint Paul, located in Via Volterra 43, which is in the same sidewalk of the meeting place (see the web site http://www.hotelsaintpaul.net/EN/hotel.html). The hotel(****) has an agreement with our University and the price is 102 euro for a single room and 112 euro for a double one, including breakfast. An extra (tourism) tax of 3 euro/night should be added. Up to now the hotel has 20 rooms available and guaranteed until Friday, September 23. The hotel has no agreement with our University and the number of available rooms is limited. The price is 75 euro for a single room and 98 euro for a double one, including breakfast. The extra (tourism) tax is 2 euro/night and it should be added. Another possibility is to stay close to the main railway station (Termini station). In this case we suggest 1.
