Conference FEE:
- 300 euros for SENIORS scientists
- 150 euros for JUNIOR scientists (Master, PhD students, ...)
The FEE covers the Welcome Cocktail and Coffee breaks.
The Conference Dinner is organized at Hotel Miramonti on Saturday 8th February 2025.
and the cost is included in the accommodation for participants staying in the Conference Hotels.
For external participants, the cost of the Conference Dinner is 37 euros.
The Conference FEE should be paid together with the room booking (see below).

Deadline for Hotel Booking: 30th November 2024.
Room booking is confirmed by the Hotel management as follows:
- SENIORS: 500 € deposit (including 300 € Conference FEE) upon room request (before 30/11/2024);
- JUNIORS: 350 € deposit (including 150 € Conference FEE) upon room request (before 30/11/2024)
For INFN PARTICIPANTS:
the FEE should be paid as a STORNO to INFN Milano, from the local INFN administration.
Room booking is confirmed by the Hotel management as follows:
200 € deposit upon room request (before 30/11/2024)
Deadline for FULL Hotel Payment: 17th January 2025.
In case of late payment, room reservations will be automatically cancelled.

Hotel Cancellation policy:
If cancelled up to 30 days before the date of arrival: deposit refunded
If cancelled 30 to 16 days before the date of arrival: room deposit (200 €) is NOT refunded
If cancelled 15 to 5 days before the date of arrival: 500 € NOT refunded
If cancelled later 5 days before arrival or in case of a no-show: full period charged
