The General Meeting will take place in Istanbul, a city straddling two continents, captivates with its rich history and vibrant culture. The iconic skyline is adorned with minarets and domes, showcasing the city's architectural diversity. Bosphorus Strait, a vital waterway, not only divides Europe and Asia but also unites them in a breathtaking panorama. Location

The place of the General Meeting is Istinye University (ISU) which is located on the European side of Istanbul. The meeting will be hosted by the ISU Department of Basic Sciences at the Vadi H Campus of the university.

 

About ISU

As a foundation university, Istinye University was established in 2015 by the 21st Century Anatolian Foundation benefiting from the 30-year knowhow and experience of the MLP Care Group which has brought three different hospital brands, namely, “Liv Hospital”, “Medical Park” and “VM Medical Park” under one roof.

ISU has 16+ thousand students and 600+ academic staff within its 9 faculties, 2 vocational schools and graduate school. High Energy and Particle Physics (HEPP) is among the priority research fields of the university. The ISU HEPP group is member of a number of international experimental and R&D collaborations such as ATLAS, CAST, DRD1 and BESIII, and, also runs local research projects through various national funds.
