The Meeting will take place at the Planibel Hotel located in La Thuile, Aosta Valley (Italy)
Fully inclusive accommodation fees per person are the following:

| Double room (2 pax) | 115,00 € /person/day |
| Children 3 and 14 years | various discounts depending upon the family composition (ask the conference secretariat) |
| Children under 3 years | € 30,00 /day |
The local tourist tax of €1,60/person/day should be paid directly to the hotel (babies between 0-2 are free)
The Hotel will accept attendance to the Conference for a period shorter than the whole week. While the reservation should be made through the Conference Secretariat, the Hotel bill shall be paid directly to the Hotel. In a limited number of cases it might be possible to accommodate participants wishing to extend their period of stay beyond the end of the Rencontres.
The desired period of stay should be indicated on the registration form. Registered participants will receive confirmation of arrangements made for them.
