Coalescence paper meeting Kachelrieß edition

1. Measures regarding the Kachelrieß comments
   1. We (Bhawani) will rewrite Chapter 4 to include all equations in 4D
   2. We will even more clearly describe how we extract the source size from the event generators
   3. No further meeting with Kachelrieß required
2. ChiEFT results only from EPOS
3. Luca will check the appendix for ChiEFT
4. Send the paper to PRD (higher impact factor, but more focussed on Astrophysics)
5. Update the r0 results with new Method (boost, then equalization) --> Update figure 2
