Abstract submission is intended for "Contributing Talks" and for "Posters".
When submitting, please indicate the type you are applying for.
The notification of acceptance or not will be communicated by September 15th, if not earlier.
The abstract should not be longer than 300 words and should contain:
- name of the submitter, affiliation, and contact email for notification;
- name of author/s and relevant affiliation
Please be aware that the speaker of the accepted "contributed talk" as well as the presenter of the accepted "poster" should be present in person at the Workshop venue.
The accepted poster should be brought on-site to be exhibited already printed. The format to be used is A0.
