Description
The aim of this meeting is to discuss the Working Group Report on radiative corrections and Monte Carlo generators at low energies.
These radiative corrections and MC generators are crucial for the measurement of the R-ratio (both with ISR and energy scan),
as well as the determination of luminosity.

Unfortunately, this time, due to severe budget cuts for conferences, we have decided to ask participants to pay a small fee of 50,00 Euro to cover most of the local costs.
Each participant will get a receipt of the payment in order to be reimbursed by the home institute.
