• Lorenzo: • Simulate 50 Hbb events with 100% BIB (all same), no tracking • Use some hit corrections/cuts for Ecal • Eta looks generally well reconstructed • PT looks worse: 37% degradation in pT reco at ~40 GeV, but better at higher stats • Results comptabile with MAP studies • Max: s6: is this inclusively in pT? Yes-- so perhaps some pT dependence • Michele: Pandora out of the box? Yes • Max: • Similar results to Lorenzo • Some indication that the hits filtering from Lorenzo is significantly improving things • Some indication that the DR to "real location" is worse for lower energy jets • Davide: • Introduction to softkiller: algorithm for pileup at LHC to reduce number of hits so median energy is zero • Prelminary comparision with 10/50 MeV Ecut: substantially fewer hits remain! • Very promising! • Marco: why not looking like the ATLAS result with half empty patches?
