Journal Club: Conformally soft photons

Following the paper 1810.05219 by Donnay, Puhm and Strominger, I will present the construction of the wave functions of "conformally soft photons". They may help to obtain a better understanding of the asymptotic structure of QED, for example, soft theorems, superselection sectors and the role of IR divergences of scattering amplitudes.
