      Organization and scheduling 10m
Speakers: Dr Alexander Kish (University of Hawaii), Giuliana Fiorillo (NA)

      Schedule Mock-up:

      - The TPC is fully constructed, and everything (including T read-out with Labview) tested and prepared to be installed in the cryostat vessel.

      - There is currently a delay with the system availability, and we hope to be able to install the Proto on Monday, October 7. Thus we will have 2 weeks to work with the mock-up and tested cooldown/warm up procedure and TPC mechanics.

      - The actual run is anticipated for 10 days from Oct.9 to Oct.18. During this time, the open-mouth dewar will have to be refilled with argon 3 times a day (7am, 3pm, 11pm). There are currently 4 people allowed to perform this operation: Hanguo, Alex, Xiang, Yi. Permissions might be granted to other people staying at CERN for extended periods, e.g. Samuel Hill.

      Schedule MB2:

      - We have been granted permission to use Lab 182 until the end of November. During the re-assembly of the TPC another run from ProtoDUNE R&D might take place.

      - The installation of MB2 should happen right after the run with the mock-up, reserved 3 days from October 27-29 (Eugenio Paoloni will be present this days). Some installation procedures will be tested beforehand with the mock-up, by Tom (at CERN October 24-25).

       - Pressure fluctuations might be a problem. We need an estimate from MB1 run (Yi has the data but not plotted yet). More frequent refills of argon might be required to improve the data quality.

      - People's availability page has been distributed by Marco Rescigno. Alex will distribute to wider audience.

      - Edgar from CIEMAT will be available from November 14, for 3 months.

      - Not clear if MB2 has to return to LNGS after the November run. This would be a potential problem, as in case another run in January is possible, we would lose ~2 weeks on re-assembly + people traveling there and back. It would be better to keep it at CERN to exploit all available time in Lab 182. Alex ordered 4mm acrylic panels to protect the TPC in the assembly frame, if the vessel will not be available for some period between the runs.

      - DAQ requires hardware installation and setting up data processing. Will start from October 30, when Ben will be present at CERN for one week before the collaboration meeting.

      - Start of the MB2 run could be right before the collaboration meeting. However, with some people absent from CERN and allowed to operate cryogenics, this might be not possible.

Power supply for SiPMs in Proto:

      - Currently no suitable unit available at CERN. There is a properly wired CAEN supply at LNGS, but there is a problem to lend it to CERN. Another unit is available in Naples, but nor clear if any modification on the connectors has to be done for the HV filter (already done a few times and is expensive). Alessandro to provide input.

      Future run with MB1 + MB2:

      - Would be good to have, as top/bottom asymmetry could provide valuable insight into the data. Probably not absolutely necessary, and we could instead try to increase light yield by covering the cathode with reflector foil.

      - Not clear if MB1 will be repaired. Bonding could be done only at Pisa and Princeton, not clear if it will. (Alessandro to provide input).

      - 2nd MB2 will be ready only when the production starts, in 6 months. To be discussed in TB meeting.

      - We can also have a Proto-0 run with covering everything including SiPMs with 3M foil, to isolate light between TPC and veto.

      - We still want to use optical read-out with Proto-0, Giuliana will procure the fiber budles when PE gives the specs.
