Mock-up run:

The TPC has been almost completely assembled by Yi, including the HV feedthroughs and connections. The mechanics has been tested at room T.

Temperature sensors have been wired by Paolo and Daria, as well as LabView software for read-out.

A camera is being tested for monitoring the gas pocket.

The plan is to finish and test everything by Friday October 4, when the assembly of the cryostat vessel is planned to take place. If there is a delay with the current ProtoDUNE test, we can do this on Monday October 7.

MB2 run:

We have been granted permission to use Lab 182 including the cryogenic system and the cryostat vessel for continuous period from Oct.4-7 to the end of November.

The installation of MB2 can happen right after the test with the mock-up (October 23-25). 1.5 weeks reserved for installation and TPC re-assembly. The run is tentatively from November 11 to November 29.

Eugenio P. is not available October 24-25. These two days will be used by Tom and Luigi to test installation procedure. MB2 can be mounted on the weekend of October 26-27.

Additional re-assembly and runs will be needed to test the steering module and optical converter.

For DAQ setup, Ben should be able to come to CERN before the collaboration meeting.

DAQ requires 1 person to run the software and Midas.
