The participation fee is 300 euro (VAT included). For PhD students the fee is reduced to 200 euro (VAT included).
The participation fees are handled by the agency MOTUS ANIMI, which is in charge of the organization of the workshop.
Before arranging for the payment of the fee, please register to the workshop.
The fee payment method depends on these three cases:

participation supported by Non-Italian Institutions funds

participation supported by funds of an Italian Institution different from INFN

participation supported by INFN funds
PARTICIPATION ON NON-ITALIAN INSTITUTION FUNDS
If you are a participant on Non-Italian Institution funds, please proceed with the payment by PayPal or Bank Transfer.
A fiscal invoice will be issued for every fee paid. The invoice will be addressed to the registered participant and will be available at the registration desk. Please send an email with VAT ID number.
In case you need an invoice addressed exclusively to your Institution, you are kindly asked to send an email to Motus Animi info@motusanimi.com adding in cc Workshop.QCD@ba.infn.it specifying the exact name and address of your Institution, as well as tax information (VAT ID number) and other details in the format requested by your Institution.

PARTICIPATION ON FUNDS OF AN ITALIAN INSTITUTION DIFFERENT FROM INFN
If you are a participant supported by an Italian Institution different from INFN (Physics Department, PhD School,...) and you need an invoice addressed to your Institution, please send an email to Motus Animi info@motusanimi.com and in cc to the Administration Contact of the Institution, to the local responsible of the funds, and to Workshop.QCD@ba.infn.it

The agency Motus Animi will be in contact with your Institution for the invoice and payment.
PARTICIPATION ON INFN FUNDS
If you have been authorized to participate on INFN funds, the payment of your conference fee must be done directly by your INFN Section/Laboratory to the agency after the issue of the invoice by the Motus Animi agency.
