Each Hotel offers a package price covering accommodation with breakfast and dinner, but dinners will be served to all participants who have been accommodated through the travel agency at the restaurant of the Apollon Club. Block reservations have been made in sea-view rooms at the hotels.
The participants who have self-booked without the travel agency may join to the dinners by paying 40 euro each meal for adults, 20 euro for kids (< 12). Those who wish to dinner with the conference participants at the restaurant of the Apollon Club, they are kindly requested to fill the dinner form below and pay the meals before 05/06. We remind you that the social dinner on 05/18 is already included in the conference fee.
Accommodation will be granted on a first come first served basis.
Should you need any other kind of accommodation you are kindly request to contact the agency.
Book your room by filling the forms below before April 25 2022. Note that a two-night deposit per room is needed.
RECEIPTS
Invoices will be issued by SWEET TRAVEL SRL and sent to participants by email max 7 days after the end of the conference for fiscal reasons. Should you need receipts before leaving you are kindly requested to pay the total amount before arriving using the payment methods indicated in the application form.
CANCELLATION and REFUND
Cancellation requests should be addressed to piero@sweet-travel.it. For cancellations before May 2, 2022 the full fee will be refunded. After May 2 no refund is allowed.
