Master and PhD students are eligible for these grants.
A number of grants will be offered to students in the field of accelerator science and related areas to attend LEAPS meets QT 2022. The grants will include a waiver of the conference registration fees and accommodation during the Workshops days. The grants will include also a support for travel costs.
It is mandatory to send an e-mail to studentgrant-leaps2022@desy.de, including an informal letter addressed to LEAPS2022 Organizing Chairs, a CV and a confirmation letter of your status, signed by your tutor within 21st of January 2022.(THE DEADLINE HAS BEEN POSTPONE TO FEBRUARY 11 TH).
