PUMA 2022 benefits from the collaboration with Associazione Science is Cool (SCOOL), a non-profit Cultural Association promoting educational activities and scientific events aimed at engaging, at different levels, people with science. In order to facilitate a large participation at PUMA 2022, a VAT-free registration fee will be offered to SCOOL members (single annual subscription fee 2 €, that can be paid either online or in cash at the conference).
If you intend to profit from this advantage, at the same time as filling out the indico registration form, you must also subscribe to SCOOL by visiting the site:

After the SCOOL subscription, you will receive the Annual Membership number that will allow you to access all the benefits, including the VAT-free registration to PUMA 2022. It is not necessary to wait for this number: please fill the indico registration form simultaneously as the registration form to SCOOL.
The conference venue can host 120 persons at most.
For registrations before August 15th, participation fees to PUMA2022 are:
Students (master or PhD): 230 euro (no VAT) or 280 euro (with VAT)
Others: 270 euro (no VAT) or 330 euro (with VAT)
No conference fee is due by invited speakers.
Participations to the social events (guided excursion and social dinner) are included in the fee. In the unfortunate case of cancellation of the event, refunding will be guaranteed to those who are associated to SCOOL.
When you fill the indico registration form, you will be asked whether you decided to associate to SCOOL or not, in order to compute the expected fee, so do not forget to fill simultaneously both the registration form on indico and the form to associate to SCOOL on their website: payments will be Registration to the conference will be acknowledged by an e-mail containing the payment information and (for SCOOL members) the SCOOL association number. In any case, payments of the conference fee will be possible only before coming to the event: it will not be possible to pay the conference fee on site.
