A considerable number of rooms have been pre-booked at special rates in various hotels within walking distance from Fondazione Querini Stampalia.
Rooms will be available until the indicated dead line, on "first come, first served" basis and should be confirmed directly by the participants. After the indicated dates, availability is discretional.
Prices include taxes and breakfast.
Please consider an additional “local tax” (as per Italian law) which varies according to the hotel category (from 1 to 5 Euros per night, per person).
Confirmation of rooms should be made by contacting directly the hotels. When calling, please refer to the LDMA2019 conference.

To book a room, contact directly the hotel and mention the LDMA2019 conference. Do NOT use online booking sites since these will not present the reduced cost agreed with the hotel.
Note that a local tax of 3.50 euro / person / night is NOT included in the prices below and should be paid directly to the hotel.
