*STUDENTS (graduate and Ph.D.) MUST SUBMIT PROOF OF THEIR STUDENT STATUS, by sending to nsd2019@lnl.infn.it a presentation letter from their Institution.
The Registrant's and Student's fee will cover: lunches, coffee breaks, welcome reception, conference dinner, social tour and conference proceedings.
The Accompanying Person’s fee includes: welcome reception, conference dinner and social tour.
PAYMENT can be made by bank transfer or by credit card. Agenzia Primarete will acknowledge payment after receipt of the fee. If you choose to pay by bank transfer it is very important that your name and the name of the conference is clearly mentioned on the transfer. A duplicate or a photocopy of the transfer order issued by the bank must be mailed or faxed to Agenzia Primarete.
N.B.: Please make sure that the full conference fee is transferred into the conference bank account and that all bank charges are covered by the remitter. In case registration fees are not credited on time to the conference account, participants are advised to bring with them a copy of their proof of payment (bank transfer or other justification) or their acknowledgement of receipt.

RECEIPTS
Receipts will be handed over at the Conference registration desk by Agenzia Primarete. Please, be informed that receipts - with the total amount paid - will be addressed to the participant (i.e. Participant's name, institution name). Should you need a different receipt (i.e. receipt/invoice addressed to your institute, different billing address, etc.), please, specify it in the comment field during registration or contact Agenzia Primarete (davide@primaretenetwork.it). The receipts for the accompanying person's fee will be issued separately.

CANCELLATION and REFUND
Cancellation requests should be addressed to nsd2019@lnl.infn.it. For cancellations before April 25, 2019 the full fee will be refunded. After April 25 the fee cannot be refunded.
