Many hotels and Bed&Breakfast are in the near surroundings. We encourage participants to book the hotel as soon as possible as Capri is in high season in September and it could be difficult to find availability. You can choose to use the hotel reservation form (send information by June 20th) available here : https://agenda.infn.it/conferenceDisplay.py/getPic?picId=2&confId=14467 or you can book directly your room (via Booking.com or other portals). Be aware that we were recently notified that in the same week the Italian Television is organizing a big public event in Capri, so hotels may turn to be full in the next days! The fee is 120€ and includes coffee breaks, a welcome cocktail on Monday, September 24th, and the social dinner on Tuesday, September 25th as well as the proceedings of the workshop that will be published on EPJ-Web of Conferences. Deadline for registration and fee payment is June 30th.
