Saturday May 30th 2009:	ARRIVAL of buses from Pisa and Rome airports*, Meeting registration
Sunday May 31th 2009:	Pre-meetings (all day) - Welcome cocktail
Monday June 1st 2009:	Pre-meetings (morning) and CB meeting (afternoon)
Tuesday June 2nd 2009:	Magic-I meeting (Collaboration dinner at Hotel Hermitage)
Wednesday June 3nd 2009:	Magic-II meeting
Thursday June 4th 2009:	DEPARTURE of buses to Pisa and Rome airports**

A special transportation for people not attending the pre-meetings is being schedule for SUNDAY 31/5, leaving the Rome Fiumicino airport (FCO) at 14:00 h. * Departure time from Pisa airport (PSA) is 15:30, from Rome airport (FCO) is 14:00. Estimated arrival time at the meeting site is 19:00. **Departure time 6:30. Estimated arrival time at Pisa airport (PSA) is 10:30, at Rome airport (FCO) is 12:00.
