Oral
All oral presentations will take place from Monday to Thursday in the hall of the Catania Diocesan Museum and on Friday at the LNS conference room.
Authors are requested to keep the time of each talk leaving to the audience the time for discussion and questions.
In detail: 39 talks of 20 min. each (15+5) and 6 talks of 30 min. each (23+7) have been allocated.
Authors are requested to upload the presentations in PPT or PDF format through the JACOW repository or on the presentation laptop one session before the scheduled time.
Session chairmen will coordinate with the speakers and the assigned working staff. Please contact them just before the session with your talk starts.
If you are selected as speaker at the Monday morning session, please upload your presentation during the get-together Welcome Reception on Sept. 9th or not later than 8:30 in Sept. 10th.
Poster
The poster sessions will be held on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons. The posters should be displayed before the beginning of the Tuesday session and we encourage you to leave it posted up till the end of the Thursday session.
At least one author should be present during the poster session. Useful poster board dimensions will be 90 cm times 150 cm. Mounting material will be available.
