REGISTRATION When filling the registration form, please make sure to insert your correct name, address, affiliation and all relevant information. Pay attention to fill in correctly also the "billing address" box, as the data in this box will be used to address your "receipt of payment" (if addressed to the participant name) or your "invoice" (if addressed to your Institute. In this case some additional info must be given: see "method of payment"). Once issued, the receipt or the invoice cannot be amended, neither duplicated. It cannot be issued twice. Be aware that one rules out the other (receipt/invoice). INFN employees must indicate only the relevant Section entitled to pay the fee. PAYMENT (see "fee and payment" page) Registration fee is Euro 450 (VAT included) Discount fee is Euro 340 (VAT included): only for young researchers with an accepted poster Registrations received after February 28th and on site registrations will be charged respectively: Euro 550 and Euro 440 for young researchers. Fee includes: - participation to all sessions - coffee-breaks and lunches - welcome party and poster party - social dinner - cultural visit - proceedings Companions wishing to participate to the Social Events are kindly asked to contribute with a 100 Euro fee. Please refer to the secretariat for reservation upon arrival.
