Minutes of Oct 2nd meeting:

- choice of FPGA for multi packaging to be finilized a few days after Oct 2nd.
  Kintex7 325 being the baseline. Considering Zynq 100, if no draw backs.
  It was fund that the ARM processor cannot be powered off (without disabling the FPGA) so the choice went for the Kintex7 325.

- collecting interest for the design of AM07b test/use boards to be reported at the meeting of Oct 30th, 2015
