The meeting will take place at Gran Sasso National Laboratory of INFN - Assergi, Italy.
Besides the morning and afternoon sessions, in order to mark the recent end of data taking, we will hold an open special session in the afternoon of December 1, with a few talks for a recollection of the history and the achievements of Borexino throughout its three decade long saga.
Due to COVID-19 safety precautions, in-person attendance will be restricted.An internet broadcasting is foreseen for those who will not be able to attend in person.
Submission of registration form is mandatory in order to attend, both for remote and in-person attendees(deadline November 28, 2021). Details for remote connection will be sent via email to registered participants only.
Visit to underground lab will take place in the morning of December 1st. Social dinner will take place on the same day at the end of special session (starting time 08:30 pm). More details will be posted.
Concerning access requirements to the meeting location and Italian regulation on meetings and COVID-19 prevention, the European Digital Green Certificate/Green Pass (or equivalent vaccination certificate, see more info below) will be necessary to access LNGS (we suggest to check the recently updated list of places where the Green Pass is required, released by the Government of Italy).
