Description
After an introduction of the method of differential equations for Feynman Integrals, I will review the recent developments on the choice of a canonical basis, as suggested by J. Henn. I will briefly talk about the methods which can be used to find such basis, including the so called Magnus expansion. This simplifies the structure of the differential equations and renders their solution, up to a boundary condition, entirely straightforward. I will moreover briefly touch the cases where such canonical bases are not expected to exist in their usual form and hint to possible generalizations.
